30-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Before returning an item, contact us at stillandsorted.shop@gmail.com for return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
